We at NUVIOR want only the best for our clients and so we are updating our product replacement process.
For your convenience you can process a product replacement claim directly here, on our NUVIOR website.
Please be advised that all product claims submitted must include a photo of the product’s batch number and expiry date, as well as photos or video demonstrating the quality or defect issue of the product in question.
Products are only eligible for replacement due to defect or quality issue. Claims due to allergic reaction are not eligible for product replacement.

For all product preplacement claims complete the appropriate manufacturer claim form below.
Manufacturer may request product for quality control purposes so please do not dispose of product.
Options for product replacement, as indicated on claim form, include replacement product is to be shipped with next order, credit note to be added to account, or replacement product to be shipped out upon approval ($15.00 shipping charged applied).
